In this position you will be responsible for answering client's Yahoo! Store related questions, post-implementation. This will include support for all Solid Cactus products. You will proactively analyze all of the support requests and develop or request documentation in order to fully support our client base. As part of Technical Support, you will work closely with the Training Team on documentation and training. You will also work with our E-Commerce Consultants and Project Managers to provide “world class” support for our clients, ensuring that we are their partner in e-commerce success. You must be a self starter, have high standards, and be able to work both independently and on a team. A strong web background and solid customer service skills are essential. Focus and main points of accountability: Be available to answer client questions on using their store post-implementation using the Yahoo! Store Editor and Solid Cactus eCommerce editor. Provide support for all of Solid Cactus products including standard and custom programming, including Cactus Complete Commerce and accuRATE ship. Act as a support point for Feed Manager and Feed Perfect. Analyze support requests and develop or request documentation to reduce inquiries. Work closely with the E-Commerce Consultants and Project Managers to ensure client needs are met or exceeded. Assist the Training Team with documentation and training as needed. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Responsibilities: Maintain excellent relationships with clients. Manage client requests and expectations through professional written and oral communication. Detailed, hands-on understanding of the implementation of Solid Cactus products. Manage client expectations while striving to achieve customer satisfaction. Excellent ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Work as an integral part of the overall company by nurturing customer relationships - go the extra mile. Complete any additional tasks or responsibilities that management assigns
