The Paper Magic Group, Inc., a leader in the marketing & design of seasonal consumer products, has an immediate opening in the Moosic office for a Product Manager. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in overseeing all aspects of product management and will be responsible for leading a cross functional team to ensure customer needs are translated into product. This includes developing product line business strategy, concept ideas, defining product line rationalization, road mapping and managing the product lifecycle. Candidates must have experience analyzing the retail market place and the competitive environment through qualitative and quantitative consumer research including demographics and trends. Understanding of costing, margin management, setting MSRP’s, forcasting, budgets and product line sales/unit volume are required. Strong presentation skills are a must. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing desired. Qualified candidates must have at least 5-7 years experience in marketing and product development, plus proven experience in leading team. Experience managing licensed activities for a product line desired. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and File Maker Pro are essential.
