Sprint is seeking a National Account Executive for the Scranton area. As a National Account Executive you will solicit, develop and maintain relationships with commercial prospects and clientele. You will recommend and implement strategies critical to meeting net subscription, profit and other objectives. Requirements •Responsible for having a thorough knowledge of available products, pricing and services offered and be able to assist staff with facilitating customers purchasing decisions. •Responsible for having a thorough knowledge of the features and operations of phones and other products or services offered and being able to educate the employees, as well as customers. •Maintain a high degree of knowledge of new methods and procedures as products and systems change, and being able to educate employees to the changes. •Responsible for aiding fellow store employees in their daily duties related to sales and customer service. •Responsible for achieving a minimum of 100% of sales quota on a monthly basis and keeping churn to a minimum. •Responsible for aiding in the development of a marketing plan including outside sales events, outbound marketing, and increasing inside sales opportunities. •Responsible for customer follow up and referral based selling. •Responsible for handling customer objections about price, competitor services or coverage and other issues related to the sales experience and training others in retail on this skill. The National Account Executive should have a thorough knowledge of the retail processes and possess excellent customer service and sales skills. The NAE should be able to perform duties in a team environment while retaining the ability to empower themselves to perform their specific job functions and making decisions that are in the best interest of the customer and the company. The NAE must be able to work with a personal computer and other business machines as related to their position. Strong verbal communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are required to maintain and exceed quotas, as well as keeping churn to a minimum. Wireless and direct customer retail experience is highly desired. The National Account Executive will be expected to travel 100% of their time. High school graduate or equivalent. 2-year degree is preferred. Excellent people and communication skills. Some computer training and some type of sales or customer service background. Flexibility, team player, good communication and organizational skills.
