First National Community Bank (with total assets of $1.4 Billion) located in Dunmore (Northeastern Pennsylvania) is accepting resumes for a Special Assets Workout Officer.
This position is responsible for developing and implementing a plan of action to protect and improve the Bank’s position in the problem commercial credits through negotiating satisfactory repayment schedules, obtaining additional collateral and/or restructuring facilities as appropriate.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor of Science degree (any business discipline); a thorough knowledge of bank regulatory requirements relating to the workout function. Five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in Managing Special Assets/Commercial Loan Workout and Commercial Loan Collections experience, including extensive workout experience in commercial real estate, construction lending workout, bankruptcy, and liquidation of OREO along with a minimum of 2 years of staff supervision and work-flow management experience.
