The Clinical Leader is a professional registered nurse who assumes responsibility for the day-to-day supervision and operations of an assigned unit, as well as clinical responsibility for the delivery of patient care. Serves as a role model for professional practice and directs patient flow activity to maintain consistency in patient care. Assists the department Manager/Director in the appropriate utilization of material, financial and human resources in the assigned unit. Education: Graduate from an approved School of Nursing with current, unrestricted Pennsylvania license. Bachelor of Science degree preferred. Current BLS Healthcare Provider. ALS / PALS as required. Experience: Minimum two (2) years clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care hospital setting.
