National utility management team, experiencing significant growth, is seeking a Director of National Sales.
Description:
• Supervise regional sales force located in Avoca, Boston and Philadelphia
• Train new hires, develop staffing levels, oversee results
• Directly manage telesales efforts (Avoca, PA) including script writing and advanced training
• Reports directly to Chief Operating Officer
• Travel required
• Previous sales management and proven successes a must
You will possess a high energy level and have an uncompromising desire to succeed. You will be goal oriented and results driven and will keep score with results. You will be working in a modern office utilizing cutting edge technology in a team based setting. You will be in a fast paced but comfortable working environment.
Target Compensation: Base salary ($55,000 to $60,000 per year), commission plan, discretionary bonus and company benefits.
