The preCharge team has sought aggressively to fight what was once a losing battle against online credit card fraud since 2003. Now they are looking for full-time day shift Lead Generators to help companies fight credit card fraud, from new offices in Wilkes-Barre, PA starting August 9th (projected date).

Lead Generators are self-motivated independent types who enjoy making sales calls to identify Decision Makers at all levels in a variety of industries and engaging them in a professional way to uncover specific needs. It's helpful to have telemarketing experience but not necessary.
They have excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills, feel comfortable setting appointments and meeting the goal of making 25-35 calls an hour. If they have the ability to develop immediate rapport, win trust and overcome objections - it's a natural!
PC skills to include Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, working with attachments and CRM's are essential.
